The Space:

Our bright and spacious two bedroom flat provides an excellent home for a pleasantly memorable stay. With their good sizes and comfortable beds, the bedrooms offer restful times and healthy sleep.



There is one bathroom in the property, equipped with a toilet and a shower.

And of course, let us not forget to mention our well-designed patio where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air.



Last but not least, be sure to check out trendy shopping centres too.



The Neighborhood:

Drumcondra is an area very close to my heart with a heritage of three family generations on both parent sides having lived here.



Only a 25 minute walk to Dublin City Centre, Drumcondra is close to many popular Dublin attractions such as Croke Park where Ireland's national games of Gaelic football and hurling may be seen, Glasnevin Cemetery as well as The Botanic Gardens. It's also home to some wonderful restaurants, shops, parks and pubs as well as being only a 5-10 minute drive to Dublin's coast.

Our home has just been recently refurbished but still retains the charm of the original victorian dwelling. You can get to the Guinness Factory within half an hour!



Getting Around:

Many Dublin Bus routes serve the Drumcondra area, such as the 1, 16, 13, 11, 41 and 41C amongst others. In addition the Aircoach express coach service to Dublin Airport stops at the Railway station.

On street metered parking is available
