Everything worked great, the room was comfortable and clean and the airport shuttle really handy for leaving on an early morning flight.

Overall good hotel for a night before/after a flight. Breakfast disappointing as lot of unnecessary plastic and packaging used for fruit, cereal, jam etc instead of environmentally friendly options.

The close proximity to the airport....an electric fan in the room...restaurant on site Shuttle Bus to Airport...All were A PLUS 00 Pay to Park was an unpleasant "Fact" of staying here. We were staying just Tuesday night and turning vehicle(s) in on Wednesday morning...hated paying more than a Euro/Hour for parking.

This is an excellent airport hotel with great service and superb staff! Easy transportation to and from Dublin Airport! Superb food choices with an excellent breakfast buffet and food service staff!

Our first night was with Trafalgar Tours in a room that was not a King bed rom had no AC. I went to the front desk and asked if we could were able to stay in the same room both nights and were moved to Expedia room for both nights with no up charge. This hotel has two good restaurants, is convenient to the Dublin airport and the staff are very friendly and professional.

No air condition in the room, only a fan provided by the hotel. While this might be ok for some guests, we should have been told that the room had no AC during the booking process or at check in. The area around the hotel seemed a little questionable. Lots of random people not from our hotel standing outside smoking. The restaurant was good and the food came quickly. The airport shuttle was helpful.

Self-check-in did not work, it took multiple attempts to find the booking and six attempts to make the room key. By the way that was the staff member who was unable to find the booking and make the key cards. Hats off to her, she did a great job, the machine was the problem.

Check in and check out was on a kiosk and was easy to navigate. Room was nice sized and clean. Need to update shower and have a detachable shower head.

A great hotel near the Dublin airport. Breakfast service is offered in the hotel, and a restaurant and bar are also located in the building. The airport shuttle is complimentary and is active 24/7.

Elevator wasn’t working and had to carry luggage up and down stairs. Bathroom smelled of sewer gas. Room was dark, without good lighting. I do not recommend this property.

The chairs and the rug in the room had stains all over them making me not want to touch them. The sitting chairs and table for the room were directly in front of the middle of the window which made it impossible to reach the curtains to open or shut them. The waste basket in the bathroom was useless because any time you stepped on the lever, it was so light and cheap it flipped over. The handsoap was difficult to get the pump to work and it smelled like mens aftershave. As a woman, it was highly unpleasant.

I like the proximity and the shuttle to the airport. I have noticed that the standard has gone down considerably, even in the last months. The prices are much higher than they were ever, 190 euros just for the room which is old and needs redecoration a new mattress on the bed as the one I had was worn out! I also found that previously you would receive a satisfaction survey, not one to be seen in sight. Upon arrival I was told that there was no reservation for me which honestly was a big put off as your site sent me a confirmation email. The receptionist said that it wasn't a confirmation but I kept a copy and it's written reservation confirmation! Then in the restaurant which I found very good before, the food is of poor quality. I was recommended a curry telling me it was not so spicy but in fact I couldn't finish it as it was so hot There were practically no veg in it only a few frozen ones and maybe three chick peas covered in sauce to disguise the lot, frankly I was surprised Next I asked for bread, I was served two brwn roles which were blue moldeed and told by the waiter that he couldn't be checking ebverything, not even I am sorry. So he brought me two slices of "toast", it was obviously stale too so toasted to disguise it. I asked for a complimentrary dessert, the water decided no and I don't understand why he decides as he is the waiter I reported the problem to reception on departure, again no sorry in sight! Shocking service!
