We stayed for four nights as a family of four and overall had a positive experience.
Pros:
The property was very clean and well maintained. It’s located on a quiet street, away from the busier parts of the city, which made for peaceful nights. Breakfast was good and consistent each morning, and the coffee/espresso machine was excellent. Our room was spotless upon arrival, and the shower was modern and nicely updated. The price was very reasonable for what we received, and I would consider it on the higher end of the economy hotel category.
Cons:
The quad room felt quite small for a family of four. It seemed designed for a single queen bed, with two smaller, child-sized beds added in, making the space tight. There wasn’t any real area to relax other than sitting on the beds. While the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, there isn’t much within immediate walking distance — expect about a 20-minute walk to reach more lively areas, or plan on taking a reasonably priced taxi.
The staff were professional but not particularly warm or welcoming. We were rarely greeted with a smile, and the service felt somewhat impersonal. We also arrived in the morning and had hoped for an early check-in, but were not accommodated before the standard 3 PM time.
Overall:
Despite a few drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and found it to be a clean, good-value option. I would stay at a Premier Inn again in the future.
