not enough towels for two people for four nights, only one garbage bin (in bathroom). no recycling available and very vague on how to get the breakfast

Good position but has a downside
New apartment that was not quite finished. It does not have towel rails and toilet roll holder making it difficult to dry the towels and bath mats. One pillow was ok the other flat. No spare pillows so poor night sleep. Eighty steps of stairs up to the apartment and no lift made it unpleasant to enter. Thank your lucky stars for the light on the phone as there was no light in the apartment alcove. On the alcove, it was dirty with builders rubble, tools and cigarette buts and trash scattered around. The toilet downstairs from the bedroom on very steep set of stairs meant the light had to be left on at night for safety. Coffee but no tea provided. However the position was good.

Hello dear Stephen,We hoped that for this price for your 2 night stay you wouldn't be so picky. We provide full kitchen with stove, microwave, kettle, DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker with FREE coffee pods for price of double room in old city next to Cathedral. And you mentioned that there was not free tea. We'll take care of that. I'm glad you liked cleanliness of our apartment and we can not affect neighbors and common parts of the building since this is building from 16th century in old city and we rent our apartments inside. People live there. Yes, indeed, apartments are brand new and we didn't wanted to broke tiles installing toilet paper holder but no one ever mentioned it since there is plenty of space. However, for the next guests - we have one apartment on ground floor, one apartment on first floor and 2 apartments on top (4th) floor. All the best

Property was very difficult to get to with cases and up steps, not suitable for older persons
