First, a great host. Really happy and nice. The apartment was very clean and functional, a bonus that the grocery store is located in the same house. I strongly recommend choosing Spectrum!

Lovely stay at spectrum rooms. Clean room and wonderful hosts. Access to a good coffee machine (often not the case) was greatly appreciated! Walkable to Dubrovnik old town or short transport options. Local area has plenty of food and drink available with sunset beach bar… at sunset being expensive but great.

The room was nice and cozy. It also has a small common room where you can relax. The staff was very helpful in taking care of laundry and arranging a tax service in very early in the morning for a fixed price. It is also very close to public transportation and a nice beach. If you are coming from the airport or bus/train station, you may want to ask how you can use public transportation to get to the hotel. Yes, I would definitely use the hotel again.

Ivan was a wonderful host. Gave us rides from and back to the airport, spoke excellent English, very gracious and always available. Rooms were very nice, clean, and well furnished. And a great location for our activities. Will go back and use their rooms again.

The room was modern, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed it. However if you want anykind of view forget it since it is a basement with windows up only to the sky. Coffee maker needs service.

Very well presented rooms and common area, good coffee making equipment in the common area. AC was great, everything was ckean and very good standard. The host is very lovely and even offered beach towels as a perk which was really nice. Comfy large bed. Glad we stayed here and bot in the old town.

This was such a fantastic place to stay. So clean and the staff were so friendly, anything we needed they got us. The staff provided so much information on local attractions and restaurants. The apartment was clean and so modern. It is about 40 mins walk to the old town and a 5/10 min walk to sunset beach. Will definitely be back, cannot fault this property.

Esperienza fantastica. Punto strategico: a 5 min a piedi da lapad, a due passi dalla fermata dell'autobus num.4 che porta a pile gate. Gentilezza, pulizia oltre ogni aspettativa. Very nice fully equiped room. It is a general space (with coffee and tea) with 4 rooms. We could also use the roof terrace, which was perfect. Very clean in a nice area. The bus to old city stops around the corner and the beacharea is just 10 minutes away. Ivan is the best host, we had such a warm welcome and he is so helpful! We will stay there again if we were to go to Dubrovnic again!

Very nice and central located room!
Very nice room central in Dubrovnik. We took the bus to the old town and the bus stop was very close. The owner was very helpful and it was free parking outside. Restaurants and beach close to the room.

La struttura è nuovissima, completa di tutto ciò che serve, elegante, comoda e funzionale. Si trova vicinissimo alla fermata del bus e alla spiaggia di Sunset beach. Con pochi minuti di bus raggiungi sia il centro storico che il porto e la stazione degli autobus. I proprietari sono delle persone molto gentili ed accoglienti, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. this property was absolutely fantastic!! the location was excellent, about 10 minutes walk from the beach and main area. there are bus stops outside to the old town and the property has a supermarket directly next to it which was also very handy. the room was very spacious and had all the amenities including a mini fridge, toiletries,tea and coffee/ beach and shower towels. it was also very clean. there is a balcony at the top where you can relax. the owners were so nice,they were very helpful in terms of advising on excursions,places to visit and eat. they offered a pick up and drop off service to the airport which was free of charge and were very friendly people. they made the stay very pleasant, i would 100% recommend staying here as it was comfortable and relaxing.

Dubrovnik Spectrum Rooms exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and modern. We felt very safe and comfortable there. The location was great - few min walk to Sunset Beach or 5min Uber/30min walk to the Old Town. The BEST part about Spectrum Rooms is the exceptional service - the hosts are wonderful and go above and beyond to make your stay great. For example, when we got there Ivan did not just tell us how to get around town - he walked with us to show us! Thank you so much Ivan for all of your help and for your warm and cheerful hospitality!

Ivo and Ivan were very helpful and hospitable. This place is quite new, so everything looked and worked great. The coffee/espresso machine is a very nice amenity. The shower was wonderful--good water pressure and temperature. Wifi was good. Less than 10 minutes walk and you have the beach, many restaurants, or bus to the old town. I had a 5 star experience, but only gave 4 stars because you need to be able to text or email to check-in. There is no sign and no front desk, so if you were unable to let them know your exact arrival time, you might have a problem. I wish I stayed longer, and would happily book this place again.

Was so much better than we expected. The photos don’t do it justice! Such a spacious room and super clean! With an amazing shower! Overal brilliant facilities and a fantastic coffee machine! Ivan and his father were so friendly and accomodating and made us feel like we could ask them anything. Great at replying to emails and texts when we needed to contact them. We had a lovely stay!

Ivan was very nice and helped us with any questions we had. The room was very clean and modern. Bathroom was fantastic! It was a quick walk to the beach and a 30 min walk to the old town. I would recommend this place and I would definitely stay there again, Thank you Spectrum rooms!!!!
