Nice hotel approx. 30 mins drive from Dubrovnik
We stayed 4 night in the hotel mid October with our kids. It was off-season already and over half of the restaurants were closed (only 4 open). Also all the shops were closed, including the grocery store. We were allowed to swim in the pools but there was no service (except towels).

Loistava hotelli erinomaisella paikalla
Hintava, mutta erinomainen lomakeskus taksimatkan päässä Dubrovnikista. Poikkeuksellisen palvelualtis henkilökunta, upeat tilat, sekä altaat, ranta että spa aivan ensiluokkaisia. Sijainti on keskellä ei mitään, palveluja ei hotellialueen ulkopuolella kävelymatkan etäisyydellä ole lainkaan. Ravintoloita hotellialueella runsaasti erilaisia, joskin kaikki melko kalliita.

Not really a 5 star, more like 4 and a sticker
The hotel location was good. As the area was huge it never felt overgrowed. There were several restaurants, a food market and a drug store. Also some other smaller shops if in a need for swimming suite. So in overall a nice place. But some negative points needs to be pointed out: -As a 5 star hotel, it was not as clean as we excepted it to be. As in example the pool areas were not cleaned every morning and there were no one vacuuming the pools. You could feel all the stones and rubbish while standing in the pool. -The staff were a little bit lazy (not all of them). You really shouldn't need to ask for coffee at breakfast etc. I also was a bit annoid with the bellboys for not following the agreed timetable.

Ylellinen merenrantahotelli
Olin varannut perheelleni yhden makuuhuoneen huoneiston merinäköalalla, ja meidät oli upgreidattu kahden makuuhuoneen kauniiseen, tyylikkääseen huoneistoon. Hotellialue on hyvinhoidettu, ja siellä on paljon palveluja (jopa kampaamo!) ja kivoja kauppoja. Resort on kuin pieni kylä! Myös kaikki palvelu oli todella hyvää.

Asuttiin kahden makuuhuoneen residencessä hotellin vieressä. Täyttää kyllä vaatimankin toiveet. Lisäksi aivan mahtavat allasalueet ja sokerina pohjalla urheilukeskus. Yllättävän hyvä marketti (Konzuum). Etäisyys Dubrovnikiin ei toki plussaa, mutta eipä tuo häirinnyt kun oli auto käytössä.

Jos kielteistä hakee: hieman etäällä keskustasta (toimiva vene/bussiyhteys kyllä), heikohkosti kävelyreittejä, pientä haastetta lastenvaunujen kanssa monissa rappusissa. Voi suositella millaiseen matkaan tahansa, varmasti parhaita ellei paras valinta alueella.

Monipuolinen resortti
Hyvä resortti upealla paikalla. Mutta liikenneyhteydet on huonot. Hotelli sijaitsee n.11km kaupungista ja paikallisbussiyhteydet todella heikot. samalla busilla ei pääse suoraan vanhaan kaupungiin. Hotellin oma bussi vain 2 krt päivässä ja viimeinen paluu jo 17.30! Aamiainen 5' tasoa mutta a`la carte ravintoloiden taso epätasaista(kokoeilin italialaista sekä kalaravintolaa). Palvelu ystävällistä kautta linjan.

Excellent stay. The resort is big and has excellent facilities. From the moment we checked in staff were friendly and very helpful. Even got an upgrade which was amazing, as the terrace views were stunning and the kids had a bigger space to enjoy outdoors. The sports centre is great, the gym has lots of equipment to get a decent workout and it’s never to busy that you can’t get on one of the machines. The football pitch was our main base as our son loves football so it’s great to have this in the hotel and also the games room with the pS games, to lounge for a bit after a good workout on sports centre. Thank you for making this a memorable stay. We would thoroughly recommend it and hope to be back again soon.

The property and ground are extremely beautiful. Staff is very courteous and hospitable. We had problems with our air conditioners during our first night, and they changed our rooms to another residence promptly and with really good service. The restaurants in the property are top notch food, particularly Veranda.

Fantastic Resort
We stayed in the Residences Garden, it was a fantastic apartment with living room, dining table and kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 big bathroom. We had a balcony with table and sunbeds accesible from the bedroom and the dining space. Everything was perfectly clean and we had everything we need to spend a lovely and comfy stay. The resort is absolutely amazing, several pools including one for adults only, big spa, big sport center, the private beach is great, several restaurants. It's more than what we expected. We definitely recommend it and we'll come back.

Amazing hotel, great food friendly staff, clean. Perfect holiday for any age. 3 large pools with bars 2 with children’s pool, plenty of sun beds ect. Pebbled beach with sun beds & bar just a short walk down from the hotel. 5 restaurants all different. Wonderful Spa. Great breakfast choices. Lovely bar in the hotel & amazing views. Shops, supermarket children’s clubs & much more. Nothing is too much trouble. My husband & I had an amazing holiday.

The hotel was superb in almost aspects, excellent restaurants and feeling of space around the pools and the beautiful beach. The only negatives were: 1) We shared the hotel with a large conference and breakfast was extremely busy and I would have expected that the delegates could have taken breakfast in a separate area and not in the same area as the regular holidaymakers. 2) The offerings for lunch were a little limited and it would have been good to have had a little more seating around the pools where snacks could have been had on plates rather than in boxes.

A fabulous resort with amazing rooms and facilities. The spa and sports facilities are excellent and the beach and pools are immaculate. There was something for everyone. The staff were so friendly and helpful, service at its best and the Croatian culture is very warm, kind and friendly. On site facilities such as the spa and restaurants were expensive but of a high quality. We had a wonderful stay, thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Sun Gardens which we chose mainly for the resort style stay, whilst being able to get into Dubrovnik for a day visit. We arrived by ferry from Korcula and arranged a transfer to the hotel ahead of time which worked seamlessly. Check in great and efficient and we were upgraded to a 2-bedroom residence which was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated! The resort is HUGE, and we got a golf buggy to the room with our luggage. The residence was very large and really well equipped, very clean and modern. The pools were very nice, there were two outdoor pools available to us with our 5-year old. Both had pool bars and food available. Service was great. Prices were a little inflated but actually not crazy in comparison to town and other places we visited. There were a few things round the pool which could do with a bit of maintenance - one of the paddling pools was empty and the fountains and bubbles weren't working which was a shame. Also, the floor of the pool area was incredibly slippery and quite dangerous if bare foot. There were a number of dining options, but we found that all but one were too fussy and too expensive, especially if dining with children. The pizza / pasta restaurant was the only one really suitable so we ate there twice out of three evenings. We went to the Saturday night party with Asian food which we would highly recommend. The food was lovely. Overall a fab stay and we would definitely come back!

A beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings. The Marina pool was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in the sea. The Campioni football camp for our son was excellent.
