”We’ve had five nights in this cottage. We where surprised about the landscape driving towards the cottage; lakes, hills and sea. We saw sheep cows and deer. The cottage was a perfect gift to explore the Isle if Sky. Wood for the fireplace, wine on the table and fresh made cake. We where a bit early but very welcomed by Dorothy and Andy. ”Spacious cottage with everything you need. Bedrooms spread apart which we liked. Small garden to the back which is enclosed but does have steps. Also steps up to the main entrance. Cottage was warm and inviting but a little tired in decoration. It overlooks a loch so fabulous location about a 30 minute drive from the Skye bridge. Owner good communicator and helpful.”

”This delightful cottage made the perfect base for exploring the Isle of Skye, with it being just 20 minutes from the Skye Bridge. It is situated on the shores of Loch Long and very peaceful without being too isolated. The view from the kitchen and lounge over the loch to mountain beyond alone made this one of my most memorable trips.”

”Beautifully designed and decorated, perfect for two. Excellent views of sea loch from front door and easy access to the shore. Conveniently located for exploring Skye and 5 miles from a decent supermarket. Hosts pleasant and friendly but also left us to it. We could happily have stayed longer.”

Choose a hotel on Skye, or just the one by the sea
"The place was worn-out. The clerc at the reception on Saturday June 1st was unpleasant - no, he was rude, and should not be in a profession like this. Probably good in doing something else, but definitely not in what he was doing now. Because of him we didn't eat in the restaurant... ALL the rest of the personal was very good and nice, but this male destroyed even that 👎👎👎"
