”This condo was very nicely appointed. It seems to have been built recently. Plenty of room for four adults, nice kitchen with most everything one would need.Only three things kept us from giving 5 stars. First, there is no dining table. Just an eat-at counter top. Since we were gathering for a late Christmas with family, it would have been nice to have a place to sit and eat together.Second, the 'lake view' is only if you can see it between other buildings. It really shouldn't be listed...

”We just drove down from Alaska to visit my family that lives on Park Point. It was perfect for what we needed. So easy to get to the beach to walk the dog and easy access to Canal Park. Will likely stay here again!”

”Conveniently located, safe well lit parking right across the street, clean and modern condo/apartment. Stayed with a doggo and there’s a little park about 20 feet from the front door where they can do their business and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, try the BBQ right around the corner. ”

”Modern and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Parking was a little confusing but easy to figure out once on the grounds. Parking pass was tempermental, did not always work. Assistance was available via an intercom. Rug in living room posed a trip hazard for our mobility challenged guest. Kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of bathroom space for our toiletries. Host was readily available via phone”
