”The location is nice. I like that there’s off street parking. The space was private and mostly clean. Decor was nice. Minor complaints are that the dishwasher is moldy and doesn’t smell great. The bedroom tv wasn’t functioning. There was also hair left in the shower and some dirt on the floor of shower. Water pressure in the shower isn’t great and the shower itself is pretty small, especially for being handicap accessible. Beds were comfy, linens were nice. There were extras like a bag of snacks...

”This was the perfect place to stay while visiting my son at school. The kitchen had everything we needed to make proper meals for a hungry college student. The condo was clean with plenty of towels, bedding, etc. We will absolutely stay here again if it’s available. ”

”This is a prime property for anyone looking for amazing views of Lake Superior in a central location close to Black Beach, Splitrock Lighthouse, and Gooseberry Falls. The owner is responsive and very accommodating. The price is reasonable for what you get: beautiful view with balcony, complete kitchen, 3 bedrooms, master suite upstairs with a stunning view and jacuzzi. Just an hour north of Duluth, it is perfect for a small family, getaway for a couple, or an individual. 5 stars for sure.”
