”Clean modern room, air conditioned. Beds were really comfy.”

”I was in this hotel for four nights, terrible air con not maintained properly. Air intake filters were clogged in the room, and eventually whole hotel’s aircon broke down leaving me no choice except to leave the hotel and book another one with aircon.”

”The staff where very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean, and comfortable, bar lovely and rooms had everything you need. Was close to town and lively walk by the canal.”

”Lovely room, well appointed. The staff were really helpful and lovely. A great stay all round. No negatives whatsoever. Very convenient for the city but also for the motorway network. The spa was one of the best I've visited on a hotel site. Recommend highly!”

”Sviitti oli riittävän iso perheelle, mutta koko rakennus olisi remontin tarpeessa. Huoneessa oli kylmä, hanasta tuli vain kylmää vettä ja suihkusta vuorotellen kylmää ja kuumaa. Pyyhkeitä ei saanut tarpeeksi pyytämälläkään.”

”The staff were friendly but very green, during an evening meal and breakfast we had to ask several times for things like water, coffee and toast and some of these things didn't arrive at all. They are pleasant but need more training on staying on top of orders and clearing the tables. Breakfast is strange with you being charged £17 to have access to the continental and light breakfast menu, and then you having to pay an extra £5 for more premium items like a full English. Why not just say it...

”No hair dryer in room, only one bath robe, no bar downstairs and if and when it opens , no draught beer and the facilities are in welcoming.”

”Location was great- 10 min walk to centre. Property was huge- good for hen/stag do, which it is probably aimed at. The property is tired, showers cold or low pressure/ not overly clean. Feels like it needs a good deep clean, wouldn’t want to walk round with bare feet. Unfortunately, one of our party cut their foot on smashed glass in the hot tub. Additionally, one of the children also found smashed glass on the floor in the living area but fortunately was not hurt. ”
