”Booked a one night stay to avoid the hottest day of the year and it was absolute bliss! Room was pefect, had more than enough amenities and the size of the room...wow! Breakfast was lovely too. Really glad I chose to stay here. Will definitely stay again.”

”The room was somewhat clean but it really needs a modernisation. As soon as you entered the room, you’d get this old carpet smell that was unbearable. The bathroom was old and bath had many signs of black mould on the silicone and grouts. The sink tap leaked water. Breakfast was mediocre. We asked for a 4£ “specialty” flat white which we could tell right away was straight from a cheap coffee machine. Amenities were ok, the pool area is very tired as well. Receptionist couldn’t be bothered to...

”I was disappointed with our stay at Gloucester Robinswood Hotel. Check-in was very slow, and there were groups of teenagers hanging around the lobby which didn’t create the best first impression. Our room had no air conditioning, which was particularly uncomfortable during the 35°C heat. When I asked at reception for a fan, I was simply told they had all been distributed around the hotel, so there wasn’t one available. As our room was on the ground floor, we couldn’t safely leave the windows...
