”These pods were super cute and very clean. The heating in it was fantastic and kept us warm on a very cold and wet night. We were provided with the and coffee making facilities and a bag of marshmallows to toast by the fire. Kids really enjoyed it. We could also hear and sometimes see the lions nearby. ”

”The hotel wad in a good location within 10 mins walk of the centre of Rye. Free parking was a real benefit. Hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and spacious with a nice view looking out over the river. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very tasty. We enjoyed our stay at the Haven hotel and would thoroughly recommend. ”

”Very good all round ! Except pet-friendly charge excessive compared to all the other Hotels we use regularly! Who normally charge between £6-£20 and are sometimes free. With the additional car parking charge now it is making our stay with you be carefully thought about. Shame you are becoming a bit Corporate greedy!! ”

”Great treehouse with buggy. Up early to go around the park with the buggy. Loved the clubhouse bar, toasting marshmallows over the fire. We would return, loved the animals, grounds & restaurants too! ”

”The lady that met us open check in was very friendly & welcoming . She showed us to our room and said anything we need to just ask . Comfortable room everything you need my only one criticism could do with a mini fridge to put water etc in . Shower was great . Very nice stay would definitely come again ”
