”It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay .”

”Solid location, easy to walk in and out of Cambridge. Home is a bit dated and the basement is definitely musty, but the dehumidifiers help. Great to have three bathrooms, and nice little courtyard and roof top balcony. Felt private, and a small liquor mini mart is right next door which was convenient. Stairs are a bit steep and narrow for older people. Management company did not respond until shortly before trip, but was responsive after that point. Overall was good experience and definitely...

”The accommodation was comfortable. The bathroom is in need of updating and a deep clean although the shower was excellent. The outside of the property belied the inside - it is in need of care and attention, the bins were overflowing and the brambles had taken over.”

”Stayed 2 nights with friends attending the graduation ceremony in town. Good area for interesting restaurants and shops. Within 20 min walking distance into town centre. Clean and modern fixtures and bathroom. Only gripe would be a very stiff front door lock and no welcome pack. But all in all would recommend.”

”We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. We will go else where so that the house can be cleaned when we leave instead of extending it and remain in the unkept environment. We stayed that long because of nearness to home...

”We booked a secret wedding in London and needed a place in the middle for our families to meet up. It catered for all of us! We had 2 children under 3, and 14 adults but it didn't seem cramped. Everybody was comfortable and content. Antoine was super responsive, and so was the young man who checked us in (I can't remember his name unfortunately!).
