”What a beautiful and wonderful place to stay. The view is unparalleled and the room, overall, was my favorite of all of the places we stayed on this vacation. I would absolutely stay here again. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and the shower - perfection. Tea and biscuits every morning and they even gave me extra, when I mentioned how much I liked them. All in all, I loved it. Highly recommend.”

”Old hotel room was very nice and updated and very comfortable accompanied by lovely breakfast. The hotel location is perfect facing the harbour view and few steps away from the train station. Highly recommended.”

”Had a great stay. The single bed was very comfy and the bedding was of good quality. The room is compact but very clean. Not having a window did not bother me. It is in a great position right next to train station, the ferry and next door to Wetherspoons Only a couple.of.minor things for me is you only get one towel and you can hear movement above from the restaurant.But apart from that I would recommend these rooms to anyone visiting Oban. ”

”Hotellissa paljon eläkeläisiä ryhmämatkalla. Huone (sivurakennuksessa) oli siisti, mukava ja erittäin tilava; hedelmiä, kahvia ja keksejä tarjolla. Parkkipaikka hotellin takana. Hyvä aamiainen. Oban on kaunis kaupunki, jossa on hyvä intialainen ravintola (Taj Mahal).”

”Room was clean, bathroom very small making difficult for my wife who has mobility issue. Stairs had threadbare carpet and ground floor reception area very basic and not particularly inviting. Dining staff member was helpful and did his best for us. It was a bed for night.”

”The property advertises that there is breakfast but perhaps because it’s October??? There was no breakfast facility available of any kind. And that was made worse by the fact that there were stickers and labels all over the property warning people not to bring any outside food and drink into the hotel! It seems ridiculous for not allowing bringing in an apple, an orange, a bit of instant porridge to save some money while travelling and use some boiling water? That doesn’t feel very welcoming or...

”Is there such thing as a perfect hotel? I would have said no before staying here, but you have changed my mind. Every aspect of the stay was outstanding!!”
