Huone oli pieni, periaatteessa kaikki tarpeellinen oli, mutta: Sänky oli iso ja leveä, tuplauntuvapeitto ja untuvatyynyt, kaksi molemmille, patja oli ns runkopatja, petauspatjaa ei ollut ollenkaan ja joustinpatjan jouset olivat huonossa kunnossa, ne narisi ja naukui ja tuntuivat läpi. Huono nukkumaalusta, siitä huonot pisteet.
Kylpyhuone oli iso, pyyhkeet ylellisien tuuheita ja isoja, mutta kylpuhuoneessa haisi tunkkaiselle koko ajan.

Even though in the evening it was half-empty, it took over half 'n' hour to get the food. Yet once we got it fries were cold and daughter's pasta was swimming in butter though it was supposed to be some sort of a cream pasta. I'm not a cook but that had nothing to do with cream pasta. Neither waitress nor manager paid any attention to our claims. Same nonexisting service continued on breakfast. I could add that we had to fight for pur breakfast because there was hardly anything to serve. Worst hotel I've experienced for long time and I travel a lot..."
