”We had a lovely stay here. We stayed at both historic hotels in Durango and this was our favorite front. Staff was excellent very kind. Very chatty treat on a great conversation. They have the oldest operating elevator in the state of Colorado. It’s small, but it’s worth the experience of the ride. Don’t forget to go out on TV. Second floor balcony deck. It’s over the west part of Durango and the trains coming and going.”

”The front desk staff was really great! The coffee was really great, the breakfast was above average (egg white fritt for the win) and the staff was super nice and helpful. Loved this location and would highly recommend for anyone traveling through Durango. ”
