”Hotel was good and room was brilliant. Service was not good, they didnt have enough employers and restaurant was closed.”

”A fine hotel and what a scent they have there! Not suitable for those who are sensitive to fragrances, but we loved it. We walked first pass the hotel because it was hard to notice even if you were at the front door. We loved the decor of the hotel. The street was quite noisy sometimes. ”

”This is a nice, clean hotel located fairly close to all the sights. We chose it because there is a garage underneath the hotel - very convenient. Good service and staff is very helpful in giving tips where to eat and where the Christmas markets can be found.”

”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min. A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels. ”Very nice and clean hotel at 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station. You can discover the city walking. I liked a lot the design and the way how responsibility was promoted at the hotel.”

”Great location. We parked at Place Kleber just a few minutes away. The room was huge. Our family of four had 7 beds to choose from. It was a little dusty in the room, but not really bad. They had glutenfree toast at the breakfast buffet (not dedicated toaster). Complimentaly beverages at the lobby were nice at +32C outside. We will stay here again.”
