”Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Bath. Access was an issue with a stroller, as there are 4 or 5 steps to enter the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful though and the rooms were clean and updated. There is no parking on site and unloading the car was a bit of an issue.”

”This is a superb hotel but I think your experience depends very much on the room you choose. The grounds are vast and various accommodation built on a hill, with reception in the beautiful main hotel whilst the restaurant and pool are higher up. Buggies are available to take guests around and the views can be spectacular. I originally booked a cosy double without thinking about the importance of the view.
