”Don’t stay here. At 3:50p we were told to come back in 1/2 hour; room wasn’t ready. Returned at 4:30p and front desk staff had gone to dinner. No one to check in ANY guests. Told it would be 6p before anyone there. Also the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. I want my money back but I bet that will never happen. We left and went across the freeway to Best Western and had an excellent experience.”

”I had a much high expectation for this hotel. The lobby was very clean and tidy, but the room had many old fixtures. All carpets leading to the room in the hallway were disgusting… we needed to stay a few more nights, which meant that we had to extend our reservation. The first person I spoke to said nothing about needing to leave another deposit.. so when I came to pay and renew my reservation, the woman in charge said I needed to leave another deposit keep in mind.
