”As a bikepacker, I arrived at the Kilmartin hotel with my bike and bags after a long day riding off-road. The room was excellent. All the facilities I need. The staff was very kind and helpful. The local pub in this beautiful and ancient town was situated in the hotel itself. Perfect for having a well deserved pint! Restaurant was excellent! Same goes for breakfast in the morning.”

I feel that saying there is parking onsite in the information on the website is misleading. There were only 6 parking spaces available to all the guests staying at the hotel and it is on a first come first served basis. Not cool. Just don't say you have parking for guests because you really don't. Also the hours of the spa are not meant to...

”Stunning property with high end luxury amenities. Beautiful hotel and excellent food. This should be rated as a five star luxury property. The views were amazing and the restaurant was worth it. There is a whiskey library and pool table room. Minimum two night stay if you can to truly soak it all in and enjoy the surrounding trails.”

”This lovely hotel was sited near the centre of Oban. The street often had parking spaces, albeit for two hours, payable at a meter. The hotel can tell you how to extend parking time. The room was kitted out with everything we needed. Breakfast was (in the hotel's words), "quirky", due to a small kitchen and dining room, but perfectly adequate. The staff were welcoming, super friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.”

”Simple but comfortable room. We had tea and coffee to make and a small but functional ensuite. The property is close to good pubs and restaurants and was a good spot to stay at a good price. We paid to park Accross the road.”

The furniture was worn and old and not attractive. The room felt very sad to be in. The TV was from the 1980s and super small. ”
