”We can’t rate this highly enough! Stayed as a family of 4, the staff couldn’t do enough for us, it was great. Even this afternoon when we were popping out to sightsee before leaving, the (lovely Donegal) manager insisted on popping our bags in his office as the bellhop was busy. Customer service at its finest! Food also great - I had a curry that was the closest to an Irish curry that I have tried out of Ireland, and my husband had a huge delicious steak. Can’t wait to come back!!”

”Perfect! That is the word to describe my whole stay in Concorde Hotel New York. Hotel location is really good. I was staying in Deluxe Room, City View, and it was really beautiful and comfortable. Super clean room with deep soaking bath, comfy bed, Nespresso coffee machine and nice views. Hotel customer service and housekeeping where perfect! Thank you all! Certainly will come back if I have a change to come to New York.”
