”My second worse stay ever. Rooms filled with cockroaches and bugs. The cockroaches were crawling all over the room and my rooms light wasn’t working. When I told the front desk staff and showed him the light didn’t work and even showed him a cockroach on the bed, the normal thing for him to do was switch me rooms ! Instead, he just brought a lamp from his office and put it in the corner while he told a staff member to spray where the cockroach was. It wasn’t until I told him to switch me rooms...

”Horrible. Pulled in and saw drug deals, it was dirty and saw a couple FLICKING A NEEDLE. full of homeless people, a bunch of random totes and carts everywhere. As soon as i pulled in i had homeless people coming up to my car and then the lady at the front was demanding i give her MORE money even when i already paid and then refused my refund even tho i never even made it to a room! ”

”no , the parking was very bad , the refrigerator was not working all our food got spoiled , bugs in the bathroom The only good thing was Ms Jen who was a sweetheart of an employee ”

”Room is stink bad broke blankets got holes in it no microwave no refrigerator and the front office won't last you to warm your food either terrible stay is the last option hotel!!!!!”

”Nice place, I asked for extra bedding and towels and they didn’t hesitate to give them out. The refreshment vending machine was broken, so you do have to go out to 7-eleven after hours. ”

”Front desk was not very welcoming. There was hardly any toilet paper in the bathroom only a partial of a roll. Other than that the room was clean just very stuffy.”

”There was a pair of used panties left hung up behind the bathroom door. I dog was allowed to roam the hallway without a leash. Hair was left on the floor of my room. The breakfast was not good. The fruit was brown. The waffle mix tasted old. ”
