Mount Airy Casino Resort - Adults Only 21+
I enjoyed my visited at Mount airy casino. The food was great and the pool area is fantastic and the drinks are on point. I will be going back very soon. Thanks for all the hospitality y’all gave me and my wife

Highly recommend this property!! Beautiful scenery! Cabin sits on top of a gorgeous flowing creek! Hot tub was awesome & a wood fireplace in the cabin creates a great atmosphere! The owner and host was very accommodating and met all of our needs!ì
