”You get what you pay for - cheap, not value. Spent the first 2 hours cleaning because it was barely touched - even dining table and chairs had crumbs and spill stains. The coffee maker was black inside the water compartment. I had to pick up silverware and dish soap from the dollar store because there was only 2 forks and spoons for a place advertised for 6 and no dish soap to clean dishes. I’m confident my cleaning and items I left behind for the next guests will be reimbursed by karma. Oh,...

”The property was clean, but they need some communication with the guest. they should have someone to welcome the guest. We found a letter with some instructions on the from door only. We did not see no body.”

”We booked two rooms and Hailey made sure to put us together. She could not have been kinder about helping us to find places to eat and make us feel comfortable as we dropped my son off for his first semester of college.”

”The staff was very responsive, friendly, and helpful.”

”Staff was on call and had a great attitude also help with fire during night time !! Room was clean and cozy will do it 1,0000 times”

”The room had a musty odor. We were in one of two occupied rooms, so it was very quiet except for road noise. The outside could use some sweeping to get rid of cobwebs around the windows and door. To be fair, the owner’s son has his hands full running the place and working his own job while the owners recuperate from an accident. The son was quite nice and he provided a good continental type breakfast. The location was good for us.”

”We had a wonderful stay at Queen of the Catskills! The home is beautiful, with incredibly comfortable rooms and beds, set on a lovely, secluded property that feels peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic, and the whole experience was exactly what you hope for from a true, down-to-earth B&B. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a cosy Catskills getaway!”

”For a lodge charging $500 per night for a standard king room, we expected a peaceful, relaxing experience in the Catskills. Unfortunately, our stay was the opposite. The biggest issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. Our bed was positioned directly against the wall behind the main entrance door, so every time someone entered the lodge, it sounded as if they were coming into our room. We could hear conversations, every door slamming, and virtually all the noise from the common areas. On...
