”Room was just right needs a small fridge to keep the amazing food Julian has to offer. There was hot water TV wifi was going off and on. I used my phone to hot spot and that helped. Room is clean, they have a lock box for key and instruction. Very helpful. ”

”I had work in Escondido for 2 weeks. This location was a perfect spot to stay. It felt like home instead of staying at a hotel. The area was very safe being by the school. Restaurants and grocery stores are close by. I cooked most nights with plenty of dishes provided. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. ”

”This charming studio located conveniently about 1/2 mile off I-15 was perfect for a quick trip to a friend’s wedding. About 1/4 mile to a grocery store and other conveniences yet incredibly quiet and private. Went for a run in the neighborhood each morning and felt perfectly safe. Corine was helpful at every turn. This studio has an incredibly comfortable bed, spacious closet, mini fridge and microwave. Wine glasses, plates, bowls and coffee mugs accompanied by a keriug coffee machine...
