Nice hotel, but the service could be better
The room was nice and the location of the hotel at the beach is excellent as was the breakfast. The tv in our room didn’t work and we complained three times about it at the reception, but nothing happened 😵

Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager ...
