The Space:

This modern, stylish studio apartment has been finished to a high standard, featuring contemporary furnishings and up-to-date appliances. The open-plan layout includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for home cooking, a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV. High-speed broadband is available throughout the space.



The inviting double bed is dressed with crisp hotel-quality linen, and complimentary towels and toiletries are provided for your stay. The sleek, modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink, along with fluffy towels and additional toiletries for your comfort.



Guests also benefit from free on-site parking (bay 295) and access to the communal gym and business centre. Please note: gym access requires an induction, which must be arranged with us in advance.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located just minutes from the town centre, you are within walking distance of a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. East Grinstead Train station is just 2 minutes walk away, with links to central London, and there is also a supermarket nearby for your groceries. Gatwick Airport is less than a 20 minute drive away, or a 50 minute bus journey.



Getting Around:

Being so centrally located, the town is easily accessible on foot. There are a number of bus routes leaving from the main road around the corner, and Gatwick Airport can be reached in 50 minutes by bus, or 20 minutes by car or taxi. East Grinstead train station is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment, with trains to central London taking less than an hour.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.



Please note, you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
