The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

"A very pleasant stay at the Royal Garden Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Lovely helpful staff. The location is also great. Overall, everything was of a high standard and I would happily stay here again."

"Really slow check-in process. The room is decent, but a bit rusty already for the price. The swimming pool area too crowded even if prior booking. The pool is extremely small, not good for swimming, the water in the pool was not clear and felt dirty. Playground area for kids was nice and had enough ..."

"Aluksi saimme huoneen, jossa oli puutteita esimerkiksi kylpyhuoneen kalusteiden toimivuudessa, mutta kerrottuamme epäkohdasta saimme uuden, paremman huoneen. Aamiainen oli perinteinen paikallinen aamupala, eikä vaihtoehtoja ollut kovin paljon. Aamiainen oli kuitenkin maukas ja sillä pärjäsi hyvin ..."
