”It was quick drive to derby. Loved the cute neighborhood. Mexican restaurant was great and so was coffee shop! Bed was comfortable we got a good night sleep. Kitchen was big and had everything.”

”Scenic horse farm. Secluded, private, and quiet. I couldn't be happier with the accommodations. Would like to return when in the area.”

”Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again.”

”This is such a great property! This is the second time we have rented and will definitely be back again in the future! The location is excellent for walking to shops and restaurants. Clean and adorably decorated. The host is wonderful about communication and any help you need. Highly recommend!! ”

”Space was very clean. Had everything we needed. Host was friendly and check in was easy. Nice area with a dollar general across the street. Parking area was patrolled by police so i felt safe here. ”

”This property was great! Very clean. Great customer service, responded back very quickly to answer my questions! Awesome location. With 4 people, we could have used another comfortable chair. Only seating for 3 in the living space. We also could have used more than 1 kitchen towel. Overall we would stay again for sure! Highly recommend! ”
