”Was very clean but the bed mattress i had was very hard room was advising TV their was no TV other then that stay was OK”

”The room was very dirty and dusty with stains on the bedsheets. There was no instructions to bring your own towels online and then no information sheets in the rooms. I rung the number for help and she was very condescending saying that there was an information sheet in my room that would “answer all my questions” despite her supposedly being there if we needed any help and there was infact NO information sheet in our room. The shower drain was also leaking so we had to use our towels to soak it...

”Room basic but clean. Facilities are slightly tired but adequate. The only slight complaint was that the shower was not much more than a dribble but the water was warm. Staff helpful and friendly. Note: Hebden Bridge is hilly and the hostel is up the hill from the town centre. It is not that far and should not put you off using the hostel”
