”On the first day the lock to my room broke, and I was stuck inside for almost 40 minutes. I was on my way to see taylor swift, and unfortunately missed the first opener because of this. I felt a bit unsafe staying here, because of the lock situation and I kept thinking about what would have happened if there had been a fire or some other emergency and I would have been unable to leave the room… No one offered me an apology and the lock was not fixed during my stay. ”Great hotel located perfectly in the middle of the northern quarter, friendly and helpful reception staff. We stayed mid week and it was lovely, not too busy, but people around to socialise with in the shared kitchen or at the quiz night. We will be back, thank you :) ”

”Located in a peaceful area, conveniently close to Victoria Station with excellent transport links around London.
Good value, clean, comfortable accommodation with the bonus of two kitchens and dining areas for guest use.
The hostel has a good atmosphere with credit due to the great management of Karthik and his team of brilliant staff who are friendly, welcoming and helpful; providing a great guest experience.
