”Hello, I wanted to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at the Graduate Providence. During our visit, the Ghana National Team was staying at the hotel. While we understand that hosting a national team is a special event, no prior notice was provided to guests about the significant impact this would have on the hotel experience. As a result, the property was extremely crowded with fans, there was a heavy security presence, and common areas became difficult to access and...

”We stayed here as a base to watch Scotland play Morocco in WC2026. This was the PERFECT location and the manager Dave went above and beyond all possible expectations to make our stay truly memorable. I have never met a more hospitable and fun manager. It felt like he was hosting us in his home - he cheered us on before the match, and commiserated with us afterwards. Despite the result (Scotland lost), our stay was wonderful and I would give this Marriott Courtyard (and Dave) 6 stars if I could.”

”Everything was perfect. The hot tub was amazing the pool as well. Did not have a chance to try the breakfast. They cleaned our room every single day, which was a plus. Just didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking.”

”Problems with checking in to hotel, shared with others in the street outside also having issues - left outside the building talking to customer representative who was extremely unhelpful. Standing on the street in an area where there were multiple homeless people who were clearly drug dependent did not feel at all safe. This is basically a one star place with extremely basic furnishings - booked two nights and stayed one night Property is unmanned - I was offered future discount if I gave good...

”The property is new, its great. But the TV is not set up for use, an there are no channels available. Also WiFi didn't work even with correct information having been input. These seem like small things but they are assumed to work, and when you arrive back to your room late, I dont have the patience to run these issues down”

”The place is a converted warehouse. It was creatively layed out with an open concept. I felt very at home while there.My wife also enjoyed the space less the shower. The shower is completely open air.a and for her it was a bit public even though there is a door for the bathroom. The neighborhood is safe but there is very little to walk to but there are alot of good food places and bars just a short drive away.”

”Plenty of free parking, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and met our needs. My grandson enjoyed the pool. It was too cold for me. Breakfast was average, but it was what you usually find when you get free breakfast with your lodging. The woman refilling the food was pleasant.”

”Wonderful old school hotel. lovely grounds - area a bit run down but that's not the hotels fault. Only saw one little old lady working the 2 days we were there- super friendly - they had hot coffee in the morning but no food. The room was not old fashion I am happy to say with a big TV, a mini fridge and the best bed I have slept in for a while. I would stay there again!”
