”Had a comfortable stay and room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff was courteous Breakfast at Auckland was better as you could order from their menu with variety of options. ”

”Hotelli on hyvällä etäisyyksillä monista keskeisistä paikoista. Saavuttuamme 30.1.2024 kysyimme adaptereita, jotta voisimme ladata omat eurooppalaiset sähkövehkeemme.Ei ollut, eikä respan mukaan ollut tarkoituskaan hankkia. Eli hotelli on tarkoitettu vain australialaisille.Respan vastaavaa ei kiinnostanut asiakkaiden palvelu pätkääkään ja hän oli erittäin tympeä kaikista kyselyistä ja keskittyi vain omiin asioihinsa, näyttöönsä ja puhelimeensa.
Hotellissa oli hyönteisiä/torakoita(?) 3-4 laatua,...

”Things got stolen on two occasions. I asked the staff to check the cctv and they seemed very reluctant and then agreed to. They said where I was located was the one area they don’t have cctv. Overall I felt quite unsafe when staying there and the staff didn’t take my concerns very seriously at all, I think because they’re all travelling themselves and staying at the hostel. It doesn’t seem like there is any authority or professionalism.
Other things. No towels to rent, but then saw others...

”The staff here really are fantastic and are eager to help. The room is basic but it is comfortable. The duvet does however need replacing as the new white sheets exposed the scarily yellow and stained duvet, hence why I can't give this review 5 stars. ”

”We checked in late due to our flight was delayed nobody in check in counter. Receptionist came after 30 minutes and we are able to get in. It was sunday evening, it was a happy hour with a small space to walk due to guest are in the walkway drinking, singing and smoking weed. It was peaceful and for us conservative traveller the ambiance we don’t like. But we some nearby hostel because we extended our stay in Sydney for 2 2 nights it was calm and quiet unlike the Original. In that particular...
