”I had stayed at The Preserve several years ago and loved it. I'm not sure what has changed since I last stayed there but it has gone downhill. The room had a funky odor and needed a good deep cleaning and a new shower curtain without mold on the bottom. Multiple light bulbs were burned out. The smoke/carbon monoxide detector had been REMOVED which is not a comforting feeling and I'm pretty sure illegal.”

”Everything looked clean and organized well. Our room did not contain any information about the area, the in-house restaurant, or instructions for calling the desk—maybe that’s not a holiday inn thing. The bed and pillows were decent. One thing we did notice was that the shower pan gets quite slick when wet — noticeably more so than most places we’ve been. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay at a decent rate.”

”We booked a “spa resort” and tried to make spa appointments but the did not have an availability. The “soaking pools” were lukewarm warm. Paid premium, got Walmart.”

”Hotel was fine, but the elevator broke down while I was in it with my kids. When we finally was able to get out, my son went down to tell the staff and the lady was really rude and blamed it breaking down on us, saying we were pressing to many buttons which absolutely didn't happen. The lady was extremely rude to me and my children about the situation. Also the room smelt a little mildewy the ac stunk.”

”The grounds were manicured and clean. The room was super cute. Large bathroom. Parking directly in front of room. Great wifi and restaurant across the street had authentic Mexican food. Delicious. Free ice!”
