”Fabulous stay, beautiful building, excellent location next to lovely pubs, restaurants and shops. Nice walk along the canal into the centre of Chester. Breakfast was beautiful with lots to choose from and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.”

”Amazing hotel! Staff were lovely and welcoming. Especially Dan, who served us in the restaurant in the evening. Nothing was too much trouble! The room was a duplex room which was just amazing! The only negative was the service at breakfast was very slow, and we waited a good 10mins before anyone came to our table, and had to ask for a tea and coffee, which came with off milk. However, this is our only complaint, and did not spoil our stay whatsoever. This hotel is a hidden little gem, great...

”Nice city centre location. Parking £12 a day, by necessity as I didnt see any other option eg street parking. Easy walking distance to many restaurants although the hotel has its own restaurant and separate bar with food. Gym and spa attached , and pool was a good size. Just one point to be aware of--the hot water from tap is extremely hot, and using shower can be tricky, and need to get temperature right before stepping in”
