”We like the pool and the convenience for cruising. We flew in the night before and swam in the pool. There were no swim towels so I went to the front desk and asked for some. Waited 20 minutes went back to the front desk, asked again. Waited 20 more minutes, still no towels. Went to the room to use the room towels. ”We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff was excellent, helpful and friendly.
We forgot our toothbrushes and promptly the staff located replacements , plus cold bottled water. We were very pleased.
The breakfast was tasty and delicious with a wide variety of breakfast items. A very conscientious employee was constantly replacing food and wiping all countertops while smiling and singing.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
