”The hotel is decent, nothing extravagant but decent. The service is attentive, the breakfast is fine, nothing out of the ordinary for the price. The only bad thing is that it doesn't have private parking, so you have to look for a spot nearby. They should consider having microwaves in each room because the only one is in the cafeteria, and being on the 4th floor, you have to go down and up just to heat up an instant soup. ”Extremely loud- outside subway line is right out the windows and the neighborhood is super noisy not to mentioned the sketchy guests banging doors, blaring loud music and arguing at all hours of the night- wish I could give zero stars. ”The hotel pictures make it seem like the property is great overall. However, when I arrived, the front desk clerk was behind bulletproof glass, which immediately made me question how safe the area was. I was also charged $50 for an early check-in even though I arrived only an hour and a half before the standard check-in time after coming from the airport. The room floor was not clean at all, and the pillows had noticeable yellow stains. There were also visible signs of humidity and water damage...

”You must check on your room. They overbooked my room. Th staff fixed me by giving me something comparable. From what I understand it's a fairly new hotel. It was a hickup that was quickly remedied.”

”We woke up to check out and started grabbing our belongings, and notice to find multiple bedbugs in both mattress's. One of the guest staying with us had gotten some pretty bad bites in his hand has been in the ER this entire morning . Not only has this been a health issue but overall just disappointing.
