"When we had issues with canceling this booking the provided contact number was actually a fax number. After contacting Expedia they had the same issue. When we finally found the correct contact number the hotel wouldn’t cancel it so I ended up paying for a room I didn’t even use. Very disappointing. ..."

"Newpark is great. Just had an ant problem in the rooms. They moved us quickly to a new room but found some ants in there as well. Love the resort in total and the hot tub that comes with the room was an awesome bonus. Could be a little cleaner.."
