âRoom was great for our trip. Ground floor pets. Easy in and out for check in and out.
Front desk staff was kind, informative and quick. The indoor pool wasn't the warmest but it's shape and style was very unique. Free on site laundry with nice washers and dryers was incredibly helpful after our long trip. AC could use an upgrade and filter needed replaced. Still worked well enough though. But still! The pool & hot tub was empty. The ice machine was broken. (3 night stay) We had a room with a hot tub in it, we had to run the water in the hot tub for 5 minutes because it was all rusty. Same with the shower, had to run it for a few minutes to actually get hot water, but it was clear. The bed was very firm. The couch was missing the back two legs.
