”The hotel was easy to find...The walk from the city center wasn't too long in my opinion. There is a bus too, but it doesn't go after 8pm or so. The room was small, but very clean and had everything we needed. The weather was around 20C° during the day so the room didn't get too hot, as the window only opens a little. The shared kitchen was great for breakfast. The area itself was quiet and felt safe. Edinburg is a lovely place to visit.”

”Craig and Catherine are wonderful hosts! Apartment is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. The kitchen provided a small washer/dryer and all necessary appliances. A well stocked bar with an Honesty box was a welcome sight after travel. Great restaurants on Thistle street away from the busy-ness of Royal Mile.”

”We went to Edinburgh for the fringe. The B&B was excellent. Good breakfast and well looked after. Like being part of the family. Close enough to the centre to make it walkable if you are young enough. ”
