1. Hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day.
2. The mattress was not very good and the bedding looked run down.
3. There is a little patio type thing that could be accessed by the bedroom, however the furniture out there looked dirty and it didn’t appear it was cleaned at all ever. Should just remove...

”The property was great, the location was perfect in west end, but the management company doesn’t do their job.
I struggled to get any responses from them after multiple attempts over months to get check in information and didn’t manage to get any information until a few hours before check in when I had already landed in Edinburgh.
I had to contact VRBO multiple times to get them to contact the management company so I could get a response.
I also sent a message in advance requesting a late...

”The toilet was so high up i couldn't do a sh*t. I'm six foot tall, but when I was sat on the toilet my feet were not touching the ground.
Overall, the place was pretty bleak, e.g. no mirror in the bedroom to check my outfit, only one pillow so I got neck ache in bed, no towel rail or hooks anywhere in the bathroom so couldn't hang up a towel, no hook in the bedroom to hang up a coat, no toilet roll holder. These things are not expensive to install.
The bathroom floor was a bit dirty when...
