The interior is beaming with joyful sunlight, providing a lovely reminder that you are at the beach and to savor the peace of your vacation. No detail was overlooked when making this home the perfect getaway spot. Spend hours relaxing on the screened porch, soaking in the views of the lagoon and lush wildlife as you enjoy a cold beverage or your favorite book. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and opens to the dining/living area, where you can laugh about your day on the beach while the chef in your group prepares a Lowcountry feast. Just off of the kitchen is a private main suite, with two spacious guest rooms and a shared bathroom on the opposite side of the home. Internet access and cable-equipped flatscreen TVs will keep your group entertained if a brief afternoon shower interrupts your sunny day on the beach. Chill and grill as you enjoy the sweet evening breeze on the ground-level patio equipped with ample seating, a porch swing, and plenty of covered parking.

Don't forget your fishing poles and crabbing nets to try your luck in the neighboring lagoons! Of course, you visit Edisto to hang out on the beach. From house to shore is a 300-yard walk of less than five minutes. Take a break from the daily grind, come on down, and get on island time.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
