Family Time
Property is tired and you can tell that there are many maintenance issues that seem to not get done. Upon arrival to the property the elevator was not working. The reason we chose this property was the elevator for my elderly father. I did call that evening and someone arrived the next morning. It was difficult getting him inside that night. I watched what was done and the elevator went down again and it was a simple fix but it should be corrected. Breakers were off to the kitchen and lighting would not work, The chain to the garage door was just left hanging as it was rusted and broken. There was a loose step in the front and in the back there were bricks on the step that were loose. Safety hazards which should be addressed prior to it being rented. You could tell landscaping had been ignored. Overall it was ok but for the type of property it is you would think it would have been better cared for and looked after. I would choose to look at a different property if staying again.
