The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

Hotel was pretty run down. My room wasn't in the best state. There were marks down the wall by the bin from tea bags, for example. The lock to the door wasn't functioning properly and got advised by caretaker to rattle it to trick it into working. Car park is very small for the size of hotel so had ...
