”What an amazing find. The property is in peaceful surroundings & totally fascinating, very unique, so special, the interior is incredible and totally compliments the era of this beautiful property. Karen the host is bubbly and friendly, we had a very welcome cup of tea and shortbread on arrival, served in the lounge. ”What a lovely place to stay. Friendly, accommodating, quiet, comfortable is only the start of the experience. Definitely book for the dinner which is excellent and served in the small but intimate restaurant. Breakfast - really good with locally supplied produce - doesn't get much better. We stayed in the Bothy which was very big and even had a little kitchenette. Proper fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge meant a decent cup of tea could be had watching the rabbits and guinea fowl on the...

Breakfast was so good and there was a lot of choice. We had a pool room which was perfectly positioned next to the pool which was clean with loungers and seating. I would highly recommend a visit here and we will certainly visit again.”
