”There was no communication whatsoever about how to check in, despite sending several messages through Hotels.com and directly to the property before our arrival. When we arrived, we found a Ring doorbell at the entrance, which had not been disclosed in the listing. After ringing it, there was no apology for the lack of communication—only someone asking if we had been given the access code, which we had not. The property itself was in a totally unacceptable condition. It was filthy throughout,...

”Charming place with history. So much nicer than a formula hotel. Also the inhouse restaurants are recommended. It was my 3rd or 4th time here, while driving from Ireland back to the Netherlands. Just 10 minutes away from where the Dublin-Holyhead ferry arrives.”

”It was great except pillows were not comfortable too hard , And the bed mattress was not 1 peace it was attached in the middle . Everything else was great and we had a great stay there and definitely we will come back and also recommend it to our friends .”

”The motel was nice, the beds were not comfortable that is the only issue we had with the room, the pub was nice but had a load of fruit flies that was off putting especially when you see them over the pastries at breakfast, the staff are very friendly”

”staff were absolutely friendly, the room was so clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wants to have an amazing view when eating breakfast or going on a walk”

”Breakfast was good. Nothing else was. Not recommended. Our room was directly above the bar with a live band, which meant room shaked and vibrated. Continued until after 11pm to be replaced with loud music until midnight. When asking the staff what time it would finish, the manager intervened into an amicable conversation and proceeded to be aggressive, confrontational and abusive towards to me. This included calling me an offensive term multiple times. And suggesting to his staff that they...

”Very clean comfy good location and lovely staff well worth a visit”

”Cabin was awesome everything was spot on. Location was ideal for us for our weekend. Credit to the owners. My Girlfriend loved the horses. The views are amazing so peacefull. Couldnt belive how dark it was at night with no light polution. So much to see and do locally ran out of time. The Hot tub was great the hamper was thoughtfull. So peacefull. Best stay away we have had going to be hard to beat. Will be back again soon. ”

”No entry code given. Wanted passport or driving licence. Neither were carried with us as we toured Wales.”

”Excellent facilities for our family base, couldn't have asked for more in terms of quality of location, equipment and entertainment for all including games, media etc. We wanted a location we could use to explore the whole island and we found it worked perfectly. Couldn't have been cleaner, great welcome pack to help you when you first get there, safe parking, great garden grounds to utilise, family friendly and ran by a great couple who are close by for any reassurances you may need.”

”Great size Good location Decent price ”

”The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It made our trip even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other guests. Thank you! 😊”

”The property was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. There is an issue with damp which we made the owners aware of as I’m not sure if they realise how bad it is. Just worth noting”

”Amazing property, perfect for a family holiday over a week or more. Rural location which we enjoyed as we took full advantage of the large garden, and amazing views.”

”Property was stunning and would definitely recommend. The host was fabulous and sent information well in advance and offered any advice or input if we needed whist at the property. Really stunning property and a lot of thought and care has gone into making it a lovely get away home .”

”Excellent location, parking spot outside the property, brilliant views from the balcony, nice touches by owner, wine and milk in the fridge, Welsh cakes on the dining table, 2 bathrooms. Stairs a little steep, so be aware of that when booking”

”Loved our stay, great sea view from the apartment. Cooking facilities brilliant, shower excellent. ”
