”Hotel looking very tired. 3 black bin bags and a broken cup remained in the corridor for 2 days and was still there when I left. Booked a double room but was given one with 3 beds, window didn’t open. Nowhere to put any wash bags etc in the bathroom. Bed was comfy and food was ok. Be aware if you book to stay via a third party app like Expedia, the hotel will charge you £10 per night to park in the car park”

”This hotel was probably state of the art 35/40 yrs ago. It’s very well photographed but in honesty… it’s awful. Rooms are worn out, carpets in places are threadbare. Bathroom had various it’s broken or loose. In the evenings was a constant smell of over cooked vegetables that was very unpleasant. Having spoken to locals it’s recently been taken over but it’s in need of HUGE investment I (and neither will my colleagues) definitely won’t be staying there again.”

”The apartment was a bit difficult to find, especially in the dark. Whilst it had everything we needed it was dated and could have benefitted from a deep clean, cobwebs & mould around the windows. The windows also condensed a lot in the morning. None of the heaters worked and only two of the electric storage heaters worked. So we had to prioritise the children’s bedrooms over our bedroom and the lounge. One of the sockets in the kitchen kept blowing the fuse when we tried to use the kettle. When...

”WOW!!!!! What a property! From amazing scenic views from the property, to the cosy lounges, fantastic bedrooms and garden this really is the spot to have a peaceful break. The village itself is quaint with nice pubs a short walk away and a small harbour and playground for children. We have already said we will book again.”

”About Property: Tones of issues 1) House was not cleaned at all. It was full of dust and spider web everywhere. No vacuum cleaner in the house, no cleaner was available. I need to clean it all myself using mop and little brush. 2) House was super cold, Thermostat was giving some error code and later on found valves on radiator were not open 3) Coffee table was broken, it was reported months ago by another guest but no action taken.
