”We had a great experience here. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool, stteam room, and sauna were well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is very cloae to the harbor, castle, and lots of places to eat and enjoy.”

”Beautiful hotel with an incredible tiered outdoor terrace facing the lake. A great place to watch the sunset, have a pint, and listen to the sounds of the steam engines hard at work.”

”A parking space should be allocated to your room number - we found it extremely difficult to explore the island as the car park was always busy… We were also disappointed with the menu choices… The hotel is beautiful inside and outside and the staff were very helpful and friendly…”

”Excellent facilities for our family base, couldn't have asked for more in terms of quality of location, equipment and entertainment for all including games, media etc. We wanted a location we could use to explore the whole island and we found it worked perfectly. Couldn't have been cleaner, great welcome pack to help you when you first get there, safe parking, great garden grounds to utilise, family friendly and ran by a great couple who are close by for any reassurances you may need.”

”The property was advertised as being located in Llanberis. But there's no property at the location shown by Expedia. The actual property is located 11 miles apart. Don't fall for this scam. The propert management says they don't know about any change, Expedia support team confirmed there's a mismatch with location advertised. This was a expensive mistake for us. ”

”Good location within walking distance of the small village centre, beach, and golf course. The property was a good space with what you need. Bed was comfortable and the place was warm. Cleanliness was an issue, there were still hairs in the bathtub. The shower head holder also did not stay in place which made it difficult to take showers without spraying water everywhere. One toilet roll provided for a week is a bit tight. Overall, would've been a nice space if more attention and care was given...
