”Henkilökunnan englanninkielen taito oli välttävä, vastaanotosta alkaen. Huoneen siivouksen yhteydessä ei tuotu uusia pullovesiä ja pyyhkeet jäivät kerran vaihtamatta kokonaan. Tai käytetyt pyyhkeet vietiin pois, mutta uusia ei tullut tilalle. Aamupala oli hyvä ja munakkaan paistaja oikein asiallinen kaveri. Huoneen seinät tuntuivat olevan paperia, sillä heräsin joka aamu naapurihuoneen kovaääniseen hepreankieliseen ”keskusteluun.” Paljon lapsiperheitä, joten en suosittele omaa rauhaa etsiville.”

”Aamupala ok, myös gluteenitonta löytyi.
Uima-allasalue ok, mutta kuntosalia ei sanoa edes siksi.
Hyvä sijainti bussiasemaan ja lentokenttään nähden ja rannan kävelykadullekaan ei ollut kovin pitkä matka kävellä.
Huoneet ok siistit, paitsi löytyi yksi iso torakka.
Henkilökunta oli toisinaan avuliasta ja välillä antoivat odottaa todella kauan.”

”The hotel did not match our expectations, the lobby, pool and hallway areas were not clean. Rooms were old and furniture looked tired. We came to an understanding with the manager who was able to make our stay in Eilat very pleasant. The staff were very helpful and accommodating when we voiced our concerns. We would recommend this hotel for young adults looking to party hard, not for anyone looking to have a romantic and relaxing stay.”
