”The name is called Gardenia Apartments. We couldn’t find it when we arrived as the place was never mentioned by the agent I was talking to. He wasn’t answering my calls too when we arrived. And electricity bills should be paid by guests which will be charged before checking in. ”

”The room was amazing. Great place. Impossible to get any questions answered, check in was a nightmare, and our room locked at 11 am with half our stuff in the room. Hours passed without assistance. Requests for late checkout went unanswered. Room great, communication terrible, facilty amazing.”

”Very disappointing! This is actually a motel, not a hotel. It is located in a rundown residential neighborhood, and unsafe area. There are multiple empty lot on the street where houses haven’t been built. Many of these empty lots are trash dumping ground. There’s no reception area. You have to ring the bell from the street which is answered by the caretaker of the property who does not speak English at all. Therefore, communication is extremely challenging in case you have a question or need...

”The kitchenette room has absolutely nothing in it
The kitchen is completely empty. When I approached their front desk they said people usually bring their own things not a glass not a coffee maker, nothing. No stsrter items, when i say nothing i mean nothing. The apartment was not clean, it had water all over the floor. No blankets. This is a dive hotel, do not stay here. ”

”Le wow de cet hotel c'est qu'il y a deux petits complexes. Un sur la rue principale et un sur la beach. Donc quand tu loue sur la rue principale - 15 minute de marche pas vraiment agréable car parmis les centaines de motos, bus et taxis, mais si on passe le plaisir de la marche c'est ok. On a donc acces a la place du 2e complexe c'est super. Sinon pas vraiment propre juste pas degueu. Dejeuner inclu etait correct. Prenez omelette dominicaine delicieuse, Café a volonté, un seul plat par personne....

”Olimme täällä 3 yötä kahdessa huoneessa perheen kesken. Paikka on aika edullinen ympäröivään hintatasoon nähden, mutta vastaavasti palvelu ei ollut viiden tähden luokkaa.
Aamupala sisälsi munakkaan, hedelmiä, kahvia ja mehua - ihan ok, mutta ei erityisen runsas. Allas oli ihan kiva, toiminee varsinkin pienemmille lapsille. Aurinkotuoleja oli turhan vähän ja osa oli rikki. Hotellialue oli muutenkin parhaat päivänsä nähnyt, esim. lentopallokenttä löytyy mutta on vähän heinittynyt.

”This is NOT an Ocean View as advertised. The views from the balcony and rooftop terrace shown on the listing are of a different unit. Instead its a city view with literally an apartment building across the street and a 5g tower.
Property management will tell you that "the unit you booked is the unit that was listed". Show them the listing all you want, their reply will not change.
I traveled to this unit in Jan of 2026 it is now March 2026 and they continue to list as an Ocean View. ...
